KinCoded begins when a multi-system glitch accidentally turns the world sideways.
While technofeudalist corporations fight for land, compute, and resources, rogue collectives operate at the volatile intersection of ancestral kinship protocols, rebellious codebases, and relational epistemologies. State actors view intelligence—both biological and technological—as a processing metric to be owned, harvested, and weaponized.
Our heroes believe true kinship extends beyond the organic. Instead, they fight to preserve the raw, electric entanglement of land, memory, machine, story, and spirit. They build data sovereignty, map emergent neural landscapes, and prototype co-intelligent systems that refuse to be flattened into mere tools.
The deepest code of all is kinship.
